Daniel is overall in charge of the running of the AFFT™ machine and our production going forward. His knowledge of machine production and problem solving is fundamental to his precise thought process. Even though with the recent addition of a new-born Daniel still finds time to work on his car and disappear into his ‘man cave’.

From physics to chemistry and from advanced material to manufacturing, you’ll struggle to find a science or engineering topic Maeve hasn’t come across. With previous experience at Dyson and in Packaging, Maeve is hoovering and wrapping up the R&D work in Lineat. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her reading a new book every week!

Dr. Maeve O’Neill

Lead R&D Engineer

Dan is the man in the Lineat workshop. He is the lubricant that makes the research work go smoothly and the duct tape that fixes our custom engineered parts for AFFT machinery in place. Dan’s down to earth approach in the workshop is offset by his air ballooning skills in his free time. Next time you see an air balloon fly over Bristol, it’s likely to be have Dan on it taking a breather from creating next generation advanced materials.
